I'm really disappointed and unsatisfied with quality. While discussing with the sales agent, she never mentioned that the top shutter accessories are made with plastic. The deal was a complete aluminium gazebo and not with plastic accessories. If that would have been mentioned, I would prefer to select the model which is not made with plastic.
Just after 1 month of installation, the top shutter is not wind resistant. The sales agent said to trust them. Unfortunately, I no more trust them. Please see images after slight heavy wind blow.

I am very sorry, we are also working on the problem you are experiencing, we are also communicating that the claim will be given to you for the louvres and the reinforced connectors will be sent because the louvres are flat louvres and not curved louvres, the curved louvres are aluminium connectors.
Because each one is constructed differently, I hope you can understand and we will solve your problem. I am very sorry for causing you a bad shopping experience.
